Holiday Beauty Essentials
I seem to forever be on holiday. As an amateur hobo of sorts so I guess that makes sense. I am, however, pretty crappy at packing on the whole. I do keep trying though, God loves a tryer right? Anyway, I thought it might be useful to share a few of my go to Beauty products when I travel. They have a common thread I guess, in that they all tend to do more than one thing....and are either space saving, multi tasking or I just can't live without them. Let me know what you think!
I have this product in the mini (face) and the larger body size and only really use the face. It is weird, for sure, having a sort of dry oil texture, but it works! It's a super serum too, which is always useful.
My friend Flumps uses it leading up to her hols, which is far more organised than I would ever be but I am gonna give it a go pre Thailand in January and see how it works.
I don't know what else to call this! It costs about £2 for 2, and it is a total saviour when you are on your hols -- you can get every last bit of toothpaste, moisturiser, cleanser, sunscreen, whatever product you have in a tube!
Ok, now this is going to be a massively marmite subject (I can attest to the fact my best friends think I am gross) but it is amazing. I can honestly say that it has kinda changed my life. If you don't know what it is, check out this video (which is hilarious!) and explains it in the form of a rap battle between Tampons & MoonCup.
I don't know how much more I can push Lush products on you all before you hit 'unsubscribe' quick smart, but I'm gonna keep on pushing. As the title suggests, the products I favour are all solid but boil down to two main loves - solid shampoo, and solid sunscreen. Amazing.
I know some of you out there are fellow leopard lovers, so will be with me on this, it goes with everything! I always take a scarf with me everywhere, be it hot or cold, as it's soooooo versatile. Scarf, Sarong, Blanket, Picnic Mat, Dress.....the list isn't endless, but come on -- it's a multitasker.
Oh my, this is not pretty....as you can see, it's insanely worn down, due to excessive all season overuse. It is the perfect summer tint and I use it with some 8 Hour Cream for a bit of blush too.
What do you think? What are your travel essentials?
