Erm, what the hell has happened for it to be SO COLD and OMG it is December. Confused and delighted in equal measures.
Last week was bonkers, as we were only back in the country after visiting Stockholm for a few days before jetting off to Italy. We took a trip to check out the gorgeous little town of Cortina, at the base of the Dolomites. Posts are upcoming so watch this space!
I’m so happy I’m back for a wee bit – travelling short haul for weekend breaks so close together takes it toll. Especially when you’re pregnant! Anyway, we are home now for a few weeks until we head over to Paris to eat ALL THE CHEESE.
And in the meantime I am struggling with style a little. I’ve never been a super stylish person anyway, but adding an ever growing bump into the mix makes things interesting….to say the least! Anyway, ASOS has been my best friend, as have these awesome Instagram Galleries for inspiration — just adapting it a little for the belly 😉

This Weeks Instagram Theme = Style
Caroline runs the style blog unfancy.com and it’s the only style advice I tend to take. She started out extolling the virtues of a capsule wardrobe, with handy guides and how-to’s, but now is a little more relaxed about the ‘rules’.
She has the most gorgeous style, and each post is like a therapy — how to give yourself permission to wear that one special thing, for example. You won’t find any boring ‘haul’ posts here, and her Instagram is an aesthetically pleasing gallery of dreamy style.
To be fair, Kate is as much about the epic homeware and interiors as she is beauty, lifestyle and fashion.
But I’ve never been a fan of following fashion bloggers, I never follow trends and stick to a pretty set formula of colours and cuts. So I love Kate’s style – it’s similar to her homeware too, classic with a dollop of unexpected quirk.
Although Alex is a proper stylista, her style posts and images are all so accessible. The title says it all really, and you won’t find overpriced nonsense here — equally, don’t expect a Primark haul!
She is a fellow animal print addict, which makes my heart swell daily.
